Reformer Pilates
Pilates matwork exercises performed on the reformer, where work with more strength and flexibility. We focus on the quality of movement and control of the body. Engaging the 'core' in all exercises helps achieve balance, strength, and flexibility
We offer individual and duet sessions on the Tower, where we combine mat and reformer training. It's a slightly different approach to the exercises as the Tower provides additional possibilities
