REFORMER

Reformer Pilates

Pilates matwork exercises performed on the reformer, where work with more strength and flexibility. We focus on the quality of movement and control of the body. Engaging the 'core' in all exercises helps achieve balance, strength, and flexibility

We offer individual and duet sessions on the Tower, where we combine mat and reformer training. It's a slightly different approach to the exercises as the Tower provides additional possibilities

We train matwork combined with a bit of barre and cardio. Everyone can participate, including in any walking or running sessions, which are always modified to accommodate all levels in the exercises
