The studio is equipped with Reformer machines from Balanced Body. Additionally, we also have Barre training. We offer various class types, and regardless of your starting point and level, you can certainly find a class that suits your training needs.

At House of Pilates Kolding, you learn to work from your 'center' (core) to build a strong and flexible body. You also learn to use your breath to optimize your movements. That's why we've chosen not to have mirrors in our studio – so you can focus on how the exercise feels for your body rather than how you look doing it.
